Letitia Carolina-Powell

Letitia Carolina-Powell is a graduate of Williams College with a BA in Economics. She also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. Ms. Carolina-Powell joined WSSC Water in 2007 where she has held positions as Budget Division Manager and Operating Budget Section Manager. She is currently serving as the Acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining WSSC Water, she worked as a Project Controller Manager at Deloitte Consulting’s Federal Practice and in various positions at Freddie Mac including Operations Manager - Debt & Equity Servicing and Manager of Programs and Budgets. Ms. Carolina-Powell currently serves on the Board of the Maryland Government Finance Officers Association.
