Extended due dates and convenient pay plans can help when residential, commercial and government customers have an unexpected financial hardship.

  • CAP-Approved Customers may be eligible for a payment plan up to 48 months. Late fees permanently waived for CAP customers.
  • All Other Customers may be eligible for a payment plan up to 36 months effective January 4, 2021. Customers who complete a payment plan will have late fees waived.
