Flexible Payment Plans

The Get Current program has ended. Customers can set up a payment plan through this program to pay off their water/sewer bill.

WSSC Water partners with Promise to offer affordable, flexible, interest-free payment plans for customers who need help paying their water and sewer bills.

Sign up online through the PromisePay portal or call 301-900-5551, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Who Is Eligible?

residential and commercial customers with a past-due balance of $50 or more may qualify for a payment plan.

Both property owners and tenants may enroll.

Benefits of a Payment Plan

PromisePay allows you to:

• Set up an interest-free payment plan.
• Pay online or by phone.
• Receive text reminders and notifications.
• Request eligible payment extensions and change payment dates or payment methods.

When you establish a payment plan and keep up with the agreed payments, you can avoid late fees and possible water service turnoffs.
