Munetsi Timothy Musara joined WSSC Water as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2023. As CFO, Munetsi directs and manages WSSC Water’s corporate financial activities and oversees the Customer Service Department.
Prior to joining WSSC Water, Munetsi served as the CFO of the District of Columbia’s Retirement Board, and he was the CFO for the University of the District of Columbia before that. Over the course of his career, he has held several senior-level financial positions in the public and private sectors.
Munetsi earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his master’s degree in business administration from Howard University. He is a certified public accountant, as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
