ePermitting: The Online Permitting System
ePermitting is our online system for applying for permits, licenses, plan reviews, inspections and approvals. It's much better, and faster, than our previous paper-based system, which is why we no longer accept paper applications.
If you've never used the system before you will need to create a new account. Please note that certain ePermitting services are available only to licensed professionals.
ePermitting customers: The credit card convenience fee is 2.5 percent per payment and check (ACH) convenience fees are $2.35 per payment. Effective September 1, 2026, check (ACH) convenience fee is $2.59 per payment.
