Glen Diaz

As Director of Utility Services, Glen leads the team responsible for planning, coordinating and performing inspections, maintenance and repairs of water distribution and collection systems. Glen also oversees meter services, the emergency service center, linear asset management and the learning and development teams.

Glen earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Morgan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of the Virgin Islands. He has over 30 years of experience in design, inspection, condition assessment and asset management. He has spent the past 28 years at WSSC Water planning, directing and managing operations and maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustained operational reliability and resilience. 

Glen enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and watching soccer in his spare time.
