Courtney Edmonds

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Community Impact, Courtney leads WSSC Water’s efforts to build strong cross-sector partnerships, drive workforce development initiatives and enhance community engagement around major utility projects and programs. She oversees strategies aligning WSSC Water’s mission with regional goals for economic development and community well-being. Courtney is a recognized leader in building impactful collaborations that benefit customers and communities across the region. 

Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Ball State University (Indiana). She holds certifications as a Master Compliance Administrator and Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity through Morgan State University and the Institute for Supply Management. She currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. 

A natural connector and strategic thinker, Courtney enjoys turning ideas into action. She is a dedicated community advocate, a semi-professional movie line quoter and a cycling enthusiast who believes in the power of relationships to drive lasting impact.
