WSSC ePermitting Launches November 21

In an effort to provide excellent customer service and improve your permitting processes, WSSC will launch its ePermitting system on November 21, 2016. At that time, WSSC will no longer accept paper applications.

NOTE: The Permit Services Counter (One Stop Shop) will be closed for business from noon on Nov. 16 through COB on Nov. 18th, as we prepare to launch. During this closure, the following online services will be unavailable:

  • eServices for Short Form Permits and Cross Connection Test Reports
  • ePayment for project fees
  • Inspection scheduling via IVRS (unavailable through 11/20)

Plumbing Inspections

Plumbing inspections for Nov. 17, 18 & 21 must be pre-scheduled. Any scheduled inspections will continue during this period. After 12pm on November 16, new inspection requests will be limited to unscheduled emergencies and Homeowners scheduling Shortform Permits.
