ePermitting: The Online Permitting System
ePermitting is our online system for applying for permits, licenses, plan reviews, inspections and approvals. It's much better, and faster, than our previous paper-based system, which is why we no longer accept paper applications.
Click the link below to go to the ePermitting page to learn more about it the system; if you've never used the system before you will need to create a new account. Please note that certain ePermitting services are available only to licensed professionals.
Effective September 8, 2025, ePermitting customers: The credit card convenience fee will change from $5.89 to 2.5 percent per payment and check (ACH) convenience fees will change from $5.89 to $2.35 per payment.
