The Program spearheads the process of identifying, assessing, mitigating, monitoring and reporting WSSC Water’s enterprise-wide risks and opportunities through training and workshops.

The Enterprise Risk Management Program’s objectives are:

  1. To inform the Strategic Plan
  2. To provide risks and opportunities perspectives to the strategic decision-making process
  3. Through S.M.A.R.T (Simple, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Time bound) mitigation strategies, to proactively address risks before they materialize
  4. To promote an enterprise risk culture
