Project Purpose

To enhance service reliability and to provide safe, clean drinking water, WSSC Water is replacing our aging infrastructure. This project will replace 1.86 miles of water main ranging from 4 to 12 inches in diameter.

Project Schedule

Fall 2025 – Spring 2027

Project Status

Project is 25% complete. 

Work is currently ongoing in the areas of Dee Lane and Parkview Lane. 

Expect weekday working hours from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. 

Work may occasionally extend beyond these hours to complete specific tasks.

Winter Holiday Schedule

Construction will pause from December 24, 2025 to January 1, 2026, except for emergency work if needed. Crews will return after the break to continue planned activities.
