Laurel, MD - May 15, 2026: WSSC Water will be performing system updates this weekend to set up a new customer eBill system. From 3 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2026, through 8 a.m. Monday, May 18, 2026, eBill services will be temporarily unavailable.
All other online services are expected to remain available. However, customers may experience intermittent issues making bill payments online, through the IVRS phone system and mobile app from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 16.
Customers who wish to pay their bill electronically without using the eBill system from 3 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2026, through 8 a.m. Monday, May 18, 2026, can do so with a credit card. Please note that a $1.69 convenience fee applies to credit card payments.
Customers with current eBill accounts will not need to sign up again with this new system. The only change you will notice is a variation in the main payment screen, as demonstrated in the following screen shots:
