On Monday, May 18, WSSC Water will transition to a new eBill platform. eBill services will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, May 15, at 3:00 PM through Monday, May 18, at 8:00 AM.
No. Your current eBill enrollment will transition automatically.
No. The new eBill notifications will come from [email protected]. Please save the new address to prevent messages from going to spam.
No. Your billing details, account information, and payment history will remain unchanged.
Yes, you can view your current bill as well as up to 2 years of previous bills.
Yes. You will still be able to choose pay now, schedule a future payment, or set-up automatic payments.
Yes. Any payments already scheduled will be processed.
