Laurel, MD - May 18, 2026: We are updating your e-Bill experience. Starting Monday, May 18, WSSC Water has transitioned to a new e-Bill vendor.
What this means for you:
- No action is required on your part.
- You still have the features you need to conveniently pay and manage your bills.
- Your previously scheduled payments will process as expected.
Customers with current eBill accounts will not need to sign up again with this new system. The only change you will notice is a variation in the main payment screen, as demonstrated in the following screen shots:
