LAUREL, MD – December 23, 2022: The WSSC Water Customer Service Center will close at 5:00 p.m. today, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Online and telephone bill payment options will still be available to customers.
Additionally, the WSSC Water headquarters location in Laurel will be closed on Monday, December 26 in observance of the holiday. As always, our essential personnel will be on standby for emergencies.
The Emergency Services Center, which is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, will remain open to receive information regarding water and sewer systems and to provide information on repairs and outages. Customers who want to report a problem should call 301-206-4002 or use their WSSC Water mobile app.
