In our ongoing effort to provide our customers with world class service, the Commission is proud to announce WSSC Mobile.

The WSSC Mobile App allows customers to use their smartphones to pay their water and sewer bills, check on service alerts, report a problem, email us with a question and easily access to a lot of other important WSSC information, anytime, anywhere!

  • Pay Your Bill – You'll need your seven digit WSSC account number, the last name on the account and the zip code. The payment options are: credit or debit card, e-check or ATM card. Please note there is a $3.00 convenience fee. You must be registered for WSSC online bill pay to use this service.To sign up, please visit Payment Options under Customer Service on our website.
  • Service Alerts – It’s quick and easy to find out if there are any service disruptions in your area. You can check your current location or type in another address.
  • Report a Problem – If you see water running down the street or any other WSSC related problem, such as a sewer overflow or a broken fire hydrant, you can easily report it via our mobile app. The sooner we know about the problem the sooner we can fix it!
  • Contact Us – Whether you need to call or email us, this feature puts all our contact information at your fingertips.
