The WSSC Water Mobile App allows customers to use their smartphones to pay their water and sewer bills, check on service alerts, report a problem, email us with a question and easily access to a lot of other important WSSC Water information, anytime, anywhere!

  • Pay Your Bill – You'll need your ten-digit WSSC Water account number and the zip code. The payment options are credit or debit card, e-check or ATM card. Please note there is a $1.75 convenience fee.  
  • Service Alerts – It’s quick and easy to find out if there are any service disruptions in your area. You can check your current location or type in another address.
  • Report a Problem – If you see water running down the street or any other WSSC Water-related problem, such as a sewer overflow or a broken fire hydrant, you can easily report it via our mobile app. The sooner we know about the problem the sooner we can fix it!
  • Contact Us – Whether you need to call or email us, this feature puts all our contact information at your fingertips.
