Latest Update

Project Purpose

To enhance service and reliability and provide a constant supply of safe, clean drinking water by installing three new 24-inch water mains.

What to Expect

WSSC Water will be installing three 24-inch water mains, which will involve constructing a trench in a section above the pavement. We may also install above-ground pipes along the roadway to maintain the same quality of water service during this project.

There may be temporary changes to traffic patterns or parking restrictions, but residents can still access their homes. We will provide 48-hour advance notice of any parking restrictions. Anticipated work hours for all projects are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Work may occasionally extend beyond these house to complete specific tasks.

Night work may occur from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
