The Integrated Security Operations Center & Protective Services Section is responsible for the 24/7 monitoring and coordination of security systems, personnel, and emergency response support across the organization.
The Integrated Security Operations Center & Protective Services Section is responsible for the 24/7 monitoring and coordination of security systems, personnel, and emergency response support across the organization. This includes the Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC), which manages CCTV surveillance, radio dispatch, facilities access, and real-time situational awareness. This section works with the Operations and Investigative sections, ensuring seamless coordination on law enforcement violations, security matters, incident response, and investigative efforts. Emergency Management functions are a key part of this integration, enabling timely assessment, coordinated response, and decision-making during incidents or disruptions.
The section also oversees non-sworn security officers and administers major private security contracts. Personnel within this section perform essential, distinct duties that collectively strengthen the organization’s safety, security, and resilience posture.
