Due to the State of Maryland emergency declared by the Governor, all public Pre-Bid Conferences and Bid Openings are suspended until further notice. Additionally, all Bid and RFP submissions will only be accepted electronically via the Online Discussion functionality in the Supplier Portal until further notice. No in person or mailed submissions will be accepted.
The WSSC Procurement Office staff are mostly working remotely and are available to answer any questions/concerns that you may have via email at email@example.com.
All vendors and prospective vendors are required to register in WSSCWater ’s Supplier Portal System List in order to bid on available solicitation. By submitting your registration, you will be notified of upcoming contracts, based on your specified North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) for which you are eligible to submit a bid. This service is available to you for free, there is no cost to our bidder community.

Certificate of Insurance
MBE/SLBE Certificates, if applicable
Submit to complete registration
Receive Registration Approval with link to login and Username and Temporary Password
Complete registration by logging in and updating your password
