2026 WSSC Water bill revisions are: Page 1, we added a box for "What Do I Owe and When Do I Pay?" This box includes your last bill balance, previous payments or credits, balance forward, current charges, and total due. Your total due is repeated to the right of this information, in bold black text, along with when this amount is due. On page 2, we've added a box under "Billing Details" that lists your balance forward, last bill balance, previous payment amount and receipt date, and other credits.

The "How Much Water Do I Use?" section of your WSSC Water bill shows the average gallons you use per day, based on your bill period and latest meter reading. For this bill, the customer's meter reading indicated they used 13,000 gallons in a 90-day period. Dividing the 13,000 gallons by the 90 days gives the amount of 144 gallons used per day. According to this bill, a typical customer uses 48 gallons per day.
