Allison Dunn Wilson
Allison Dunn Wilson leads the General Services organization, delivering essential services that ensure functionality, safety and efficiency across all facilities and operations. Her team manages HVAC repairs, grounds maintenance, materials sourcing, fleet and energy management, printing, uniforms, records, and facility construction, working diligently behind the scenes to ensure efficient operations.
With nearly 30 years in the building services industry, Allison brings extensive expertise in engineering and construction, specializing in smart building technologies, sustainable energy solutions and life safety systems.
She has held senior leadership roles in the U.S. and abroad, championing innovation, operational excellence and customer-focused solutions for public- and private-sector clients. Allison excels at alternative project delivery, energy efficiency and facility innovations, particularly in environments with constrained budgets and a mandate to achieve more with less. Her work bridges technology, sustainability and process improvement—key priorities for WSSC Water.
A LEED Accredited Professional, Allison holds a Civil Engineering degree from Morgan State University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. She has also completed executive leadership studies at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and is a proud member of Leadership Maryland and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Allison enjoys running and traveling in her free time.
