Laurel, MD – May 28, 2026 - WSSC Water will be shutting down a water main for repair at 1612 Arcola Avenue in Silver Spring this evening. A notification letter was mailed to impacted customers. The overnight water shutdown will take place between 9 p.m. - 5 a.m.
A water station will be set up in the parking lot of St. Andrews Church located at 11602 Kemp Mill Road this evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for affected customers.
