WSSC Water’s Customer Service Call Center will continue to be open on Thursday, January 29 and Friday, January 30. Customers with account inquiries can reach the Customer Service Center at 301-206-4001 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
In-person WSSC Water functions will be open Thursday, January 29 and Friday, January 30, including:
- Cashier window, one-stop shop and permitting counter in the Support Center building in Laurel (these will close on both days at 4 p.m rather than 5 p.m.)
- Permitting offices in both counties
- Meter rental offices
Brighton Dam Visitors Center will remain closed for outdoor recreation purposes.
