WSSC Water Temporarily Reduces Fluoride Levels in Drinking Water Due to Nationwide Supply Chain Disruptions

Laurel, Md. – April 14, 2026 – WSSC Water Commissioners are holding their monthly meeting virtually on Wednesday, April 15, beginning at 10 a.m. The meeting is open to the public and available via livestream from WSSC Water’s website.

This month’s agenda includes scheduled votes on more than $98 million in contracts to upgrade critical infrastructure and improve service delivery. The April meeting agenda (PDF 90.1 KB) includes all contracts and meeting presentations. 

The meeting includes a call-in option to ensure interested stakeholders can provide input. Those wishing to speak should call in at the beginning of the meeting, shortly after 10 a.m. Callers will be admitted from the “lobby” when public comments start.
