Laurel, MD - December 30, 2025: In observance of New Year's Day, WSSC Water’s Customer Call Center will be closed starting Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 4 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 8 a.m. Our Interactive Voice Response System, 301-206-4001, is available 24/7 to handle routine customer inquiries.
