Laurel, MD - April 21, 2025: WSSC Water is aware there is an issue logging into my.wsscwater.com currently. We are investigating the problem and working to get customers access. Customers are unable to log into my.wsscwater.com to perform the following:
- Online Bill Pay (web) payment
- Get Current
- Self Service Log in
- Watershed Permits - may purchase on mobile phone or through kiosk
- Cross-Connection Test Reports
- Plumbing cards
- Fire Hydrant Meter Rental
- Relocation Electronic Fee System
- Contact/Awards Document Manager
- WERI Search
