Laurel, MD - June 18: Due to system maintenance on Tuesday, June 18, from 11:00 pm to 11:59 pm,  the following systems may be unavailable.

  • Online Bill Pay (kiosk, web, mobile)
  • Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
    • ​customers will be unable to make/split payments
    • request an extension
    • enter a meter reading
    • request a plumbing inspection
