Laurel, MD - April 26, 2024: There will be system maintenance performed on multiple applications on Saturday, April 27. Please note there are two separate timeframes listed below where certain systems will not be available.
Saturday, April 27 from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, the following systems will be unavailable.
- Online Bill Pay (website, kiosk, phone and mobile)
- enter a meter reading
- bill payments
- Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
- ​customers will be unable to make/split payments
- request an extension
- enter a meter reading
- request a plumbing inspection
- OneSource
- Supplier Portal
Saturday, April 27 from 2 pm to 5pm, the following systems will be unavailable.
- Permits on the web
- ePermit - Payments only
- Cross Connection Test Reports
- Watershed Permits - The visitor center at Brighton Dam will process the walk-in customers.
