System Maintenance - Saturday, February 3

Laurel, MD - February 3, 2024: Due to system maintenance on Saturday, February 3, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm,  the following systems may be unavailable:

  • Online Bill Pay (kiosk, web, mobile)
  • Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
    • ​customers will be unable to make/split payments
    • request an extension
    • enter a meter reading
    • request a plumbing inspection
