On October 18, 2023, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission adopted Chapter 1.48 of the WSSC Code of Regulations—Audit Dispute Reconciliation.
The Charter establishes a process to resolve disagreements on audit reports, findings, and recommendations.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REGULATION IS DECEMBER 1, 2023
