WSSC Water Holding Monthly Commission Meeting on Wednesday, November 15

Laurel, Md. – November 14, 2023 – WSSC Water Commissioners are holding their monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 15, beginning at 10 a.m. The meeting, which will be held in person at the WSSC Water building in Laurel, is open to the public and will be available via livestream from WSSC Water’s website.   

This month’s meeting agenda includes the following topics:  

• General Manager’s Report  
• Customer Service Key Performance Indicators and Proposed Expansion to Financial Assistance Programs 
• Briefing on Front Foot Benefit and House Connection Rates 
• Spotlight on Ethics 
• Temporary Staffing – Information Technology & Human Resources  
• Cityworks Contract Extension – Utility Services & Information Technology  
• Procurement Change Order Review 

The meeting includes a call-in option to ensure interested stakeholders not in attendance can provide input. Those watching virtually and wishing to speak should call in at the beginning of the comments section, which begins shortly after 10 a.m. Callers will be admitted from the “lobby” when public comments start.
