Laurel, Md. – May 26, 2023 – WSSC Water Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 30, beginning at 1 p.m. Following a brief open session held at the WSSC Water building in Laurel, the meeting will be closed pursuant to Maryland Code Annotated, General Provisions Article, Title 3, Open Meetings Act, Subtitle 3, Open Meetings Requirements - Closed Sessions: Section 3 - 305(b)(7) to receive attorney-client privileged legal advice on a specific legal matter.  

Commissioners will publicly open the meeting at 1 p.m. to adopt the agenda and immediately convene into the closed session. The brief in-person open session will be available via livestream from WSSC Water’s website
