WSSC Adopts Regulation Establishing Updated Audit Committee
On August 16, 2023, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission adopted Chapter 1.45 of the WSSC Code of Regulations—Audit Committee Charter.
The Charter establishes that the Audit Committee will be comprised of one Commissioner from each county and one public member from each county. The Charter also establishes the qualifications for public members.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REGULATION IS SEPTEMBER 25, 2023
