WSSC Water is seeking four applicants to fill Dispute Resolving Board customer member positions
WSSC Water is seeking four enthusiastic Montgomery and Prince George’s county customers to fill four vacant customer positions on the Dispute Resolving Board (DRB). This is a volunteer position and members serve a two-year term rendering final decisions on unpaid customer billing disputes. Monthly meetings are currently virtual and held on Microsoft Teams. Training on WSSC Water’s Dispute process will be provided by Customer Service staff.
