Laurel, MD - March 25, 2022: Due to system maintenance on Saturday, March 26, from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the following systems will be unavailable.

  • Online Bill Pay
    • enter a meter reading
    • bill payments
  • Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
    • ​customers will be unable to make/split payments
    • request an extension
    • enter a meter reading
    • request a plumbing inspection
