Laurel, MD - December 10, 2022: Due to system maintenance on Saturday, December 10 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, the following systems may be intermittently available.

  • Online Bill Pay
    • enter a meter reading
    • bill payments
  • Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
    • ​customers will be unable to make/split payments
    • request an extension
    • enter a meter reading
    • request a plumbing inspection
