Please let this letter serve as notice that the Applicant/Owner is aware of and accepts full responsibility for all conditions which do not adhere to the WSSC Pipeline Design Manual, which represent WSSC’s best design practices. These conditions include, but are not limited to, the following: 

1. Less than 15’ separation of [diameter] onsite water and/or sewer from [identify specific] buildings; 
2. Less than 5’ separation of [diameter] onsite water and/or sewer from [specific] utilities; 
3. Less than 5’ separation of [diameter] onsite water and/or sewer from [specific] walls or [specific] structures;
