* Hydraulic modeling for proposed water and sewer extension must be reviewed by WSSC to ensure that sizes, alignments, etc. are compatible with WSSC’s Systems and with planned development. A property must have water and sewer service categories of 1, 2, 3, or 4 for a HPA review to be performed. Note: A Basic fee will be charged for the initial submission, and if warranted, the Project Manager will invoice for the difference between the Moderate and Complex reviews.

**An Amendment of HPA must be obtained should the applicant want to make changes after issuance of the ‘Letter of Findings’ such as but not limited to: increasing the # of units or parts, changes to the layout, switching project type (WSSC-Built or SEP.) An HPA Extra Review Fee will be charged initially for all amendments. Note: The WSSC Project Manager will notify you of any additional fees due and the specific amount after their initial review determines the amendment does require HPA Modeling.
