Project Purpose

To enhance service reliability and to provide safe, clean drinking water, WSSC Water is replacing our aging infrastructure. This project will replace 1.86 miles of water main ranging from 4 to 12 inches in diameter.

Project Schedule

Fall 2025 – Spring 2027

Project Status

Construction is 30% complete.​

Work is currently underway on Dee Lane, Parkview Lane, Upton Lane, and Thrift Road.​

Expect weekday working hours from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Work may occasionally extend beyond these hours to complete specific tasks.
