Project Purpose

To enhance service reliability of the sewer system, WSSC Water is rehabilitating our aging infrastructure. This project will rehabilitate 2.3 miles of sewer main and 16 sewer manholes will also be rehabilitated or replaced.

Project Schedule

May 2025 - May 2026

Project Status

Construction is 10% complete. Pipe work and stream work completion is estimated for May 2026. 

Anticipated work hours are from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Work may occasionally extend beyond these hours to complete specific tasks.

Winter Holiday Schedule

Construction will pause from December 24, 2025, to January 1, 2026, except for emergency work if needed. Crews will return after the break to continue planned activities.
