Robert G. Berger Memorial Scholarship Fund
Dedicated to the memory of former WSSC Commissioner Robert G. Berger, this scholarship provides tuition assistance to children of WSSC Water employees and WSSC Water retirees. Click the link below for details on eligibility requirements, the application deadline, and more.

Commissioners' Engineering Scholarship Program
Named in honor of former Commissioners Joyce Starks and Gene Counihan, these scholarships are awarded annually to two students who live in WSSC Water's service district, and who are studying for an engineering degree at a college or university.
High school seniors who have been accepted into a qualifying engineering program are also eligible to apply. For complete information on this scholarship, click below.
