John is responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals that enhance customer experience.  The team establishes customer accounts, prepares timely and accurate bills, and addresses customers’ needs through to account closure.  Prior to joining WSSC Water, John held global leadership roles in financial services.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University and a master's degree in Business Administration from Baruch College.  He enjoys project management, business analysis, data analysis and technology.  Outside of work, John can be found running, cooking and gardening with his family.
