In addition to his role at WSSC Water, Ben has contributed extensively to the water industry as a technical trainer for the American Water Works Association (AWWA), delivering training on plant optimization, cybersecurity and financial planning in 14 states. He has also worked as a contract operations consultant, including Baltimore's Fullerton Pilot Water Treatment Plant and the Fort Detrick water treatment plant for the U.S. Army.
