Laurel, Md - September 16, 2026: WSSC Water has temporarily turned off water service to customers in the 12400 block of River Road in Potomac to complete scheduled work.
Water service was expected to be restored by 5 p.m. However, the scheduled work is taking longer than anticipated and water will remain off beyond that time. Our crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to complete the work and restore service.
A water station will be available from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Potomac Oak Shopping Center, 12960 Travilah Road.
