Following the September 16, 2026, Closed Session, it was found that one of the matters included in the closing motion and closing statement under PUA ยง 3-305(b)(3) did not fall under the property acquisition exception. The Commission will make a further disclosure of the matter and discussion at the October 21, 2026 Commission Meeting during Open Session.
