WSSC Water Adopts Revisions to Procurement Regulations

On June 18, 2025, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) adopted revisions to Chapter 6.15 of the WSSC Code of Regulations, Procurement Regulations.

THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REVISED REGULATION IS AUGUST 1, 2025
