On December 17, 2025, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission adopted revisions to Chapter 6.35 of the 2025 WSSC Code of Regulations, SLBE Program. The signed resolution can be accessed at https://www.wsscwater.com/SLBE. The effective date of the resolution is February 1, 2026.
The revisions to the Code include modernizing eligibility standards, streamlining program participation and alignment with Maryland size standards.
