Pursuant to the Maryland Annotated Code, Public Utilities Article, Division II, §17-403, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) may adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of the Public Utilities Article, Division II. WSSC is proposing to amend and update Chapter 11.155, the Development Services Code (Code). The Code, which relates to the construction and reconstruction of public water and sewer mains, connections, appurtenances and facilities, has various proposed changes or amendments. 

The 2022 Development Services Code will become effective 30 days from the date of this notice and may be viewed on the WSSC Water website at: https://www.wsscwater.com/devamend2022.
