As of July 1, this includes a modern and simplified rate structure, redesigned bills that are easier to read and an enhanced customer affordability program. Because of these changes, some customers may still have questions when opening their new bill. As a result, we expect a significant increase in call volumes and wait times to speak with a customer service advisor.
