Corporate Secretary
The Corporate Secretary is one of the Commission’s corporate officers, and is the executive officially authorized to attest documents on behalf of the Commission and to act as the custodian of the Commission's official files and records, including the minutes of open and closed meetings that are subject to the Open Meetings Act. The Corporate Secretary also manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the Office of the Commission/Corporate Secretary’s Office and serves as parliamentarian at the Commission's meetings.
