Laurel, Md. – July 7, 2022 – WSSC Water Commissioners will hold a special virtual meeting on Monday, July 11, starting at 11 a.m. The majority of the meeting will be closed pursuant to Maryland Code Annotated, General Provisions Article, Title 3, Open Meetings Act, Subtitle 3, Open Meetings Requirements - Closed Sessions: Section 3-305(b)(7) to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and Section 3-305(b)(8) to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.

Commissioners will publicly open the virtual meeting at 11 a.m. to adopt the agenda and immediately convene into the closed session. The brief opening session will be available via livestream from WSSC Water’s website.
